Facilities

Rooms may be booked up to 3 months in advance and shall not exceed 2 meetings per month.  Requests  will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and at the discretion of the library.  Online bookings require 48-hour advanced notice.  Your reservation will be confirmed or denied via email.  Groups holding reservations are requested to notify the library of any cancellation at the earliest possible date in order to free the meeting rooms for other groups.  If you have questions or would like to make a special request, email the Freeport staff or call the library.

The reservation process is not complete until you receive an email with the subject line: "Your reservation request was approved."
